Our building did not have a lift, difficult to carry luggagr upstairs.

The location of the hotel was astounding. The views of the lake and town were so beautiful that we decided to eat our meal on the patio! The rooms were beautiful decorated, plenty of easy parking, nice breakfast. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Great staff and very beautiful accommodations- tastefully decorated.

We had a bit of a hard time finding the place. The way we found it was by a small roadside sign that is almost covered with greenery. Since we don't know the language, the internet instructions were had to follow and no one in the village that precedes the hotel was sure where it was.

The position of the hotel above the llake was beautiful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Watchiing the distant snow capped mountains turn pink at sunset was magical.

Tha staff was excellent. Location: not in the city but city is 5 min with the car and no parking/traffic problems. Also it's excellent value for money.

The hotel was perfectly located for us, just a short drive away from all the new year festivities we wanted to attend. Plus, the stunning view from our room was an incredible bonus. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering great tips on where to go and what to see in the area. All in all, the best part of our stay was the cozy and modern rooms – just what we were hoping for.

We did have a bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi in our room, but we were able to connect in the lobby without any issues. the hotel was a bit off the main road and tricky to find at first.

The hotel is new and a family business, and you feel very welcome! Very friendly staff, splendid view to the lake of Ioannina, beautifully decorated rooms, parking in front of the room, independent entrance for each room, quiet, many complimentary objects (even one use slippers!), nice tavern (good food/prices) across the street.

Very warm welcome. New and modern facilities. Spotless. Big rooms and nice bathrooms. Our room equipped with a fireplace (?). Very calm. Good breakfast.

Extremely difficult to locate. Make sure you position the place on a map or gps before hitting the road. Quite far out from town in the countryside - a good 10 minutes drive. Due to proximity of lake, many flies in the first half of the evening (all windows are equipped with nets): make sure you close your car windows and sunroofs! Some but limited English spoken, although trying hard.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and informative, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Finally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, offering breathtaking views of the lake. I also appreciated the value for money, as the prices were reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided.

The hotel was great, really clean and not far from Ioannina airport. You probably wouldn't stay for a week but a night or two would be fine.
